Efficient Data Collection and Management
Surveier makes communicating with participants and managing their responses almost effortless, so you can focus on what matters: your research.
Surveier lets you send surveys to both anonymous and known respondents. With the import function, you can quickly import respondents' names and e-mail addresses from a .csv file or another survey. You can also add respondents manually.
The e-mail feature, with automatic fill-in of field values like name, ID, and name of study, makes it easy for researchers to recruit participants, send them the link to their survey, remind them to complete it by a certain date, and thank them for participating. And with a couple clicks, you can tell Surveier to send your e-mails automatically at a particular timepoint (e.g., after a participant completes a survey) or date (e.g., for the second wave of data collection).
Tracking data collection is simple. Check the control panel to get an up-to-the-minute count of how many respondents have completed your survey. Then drill down to get more detail, each participant's answers, or all the answers for a particular item, and generate reports. Use the analyze function to view response counts (e.g., total, valid, missing) and do simple statistics (e.g., mean, frequency, percent). Once your data is cleaned and ready for further analysis, you can export it as a .csv file to use in programs such as SPSS and SAS.
